- Ground-up Environmental Modernism design of a two story 4,500 sf restaurant with rooftop bar and dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Jacksonville Beach pier
- Leased to Indigo Road Hospitality Group’s upscale sushi concept O-ku from Charleston, SC, with substantial operating history and financial backing
Future Beachfront Restaurant and Bar
- Ground-up Environmental Modernism design of a two-story aggregate 9,000 sf food and beverage operation with rooftop bar and dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
- Leased to one tenant operating two concepts — a predominantly daytime chef driven coffee shop on the 1st floor and a predominantly nighttime wood fired restaurant and craft cocktail bar on the 2nd floor
- Construction completion anticipated by mid-2024
Northwest Quadrant
- Planned for mixed-use development in the future to complement the existing uses in the block and create a shared courtyard with outdoor programming
